All of our posters are printed on High Quality 200 g/m² matte, smooth, non-reflective paper. For an durable and long lasting poster.

What poster sizes are available?

What should I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?

In rare cases, a poster may arrive damaged or with quality issues. If this happens, please contact us at kickzprints@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to investigate and find a solution.

Where is my order?

Why hasn't the tracking info been updated?

Our posters are printed on-demand. This means that we do not have posters already printed in-stock. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to process an order before it gets shipped. Please be patient. 

If your order is stuck without an tracking number for more than 1 week after the order date. Please contact kickzprints@gmail.com.

My shipment was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.

Please check that your order wasn't delivered with neighbours or in a pickup point. If you still haven't found your order send us an email on kickzprints@gmail.com including your order number and the concern. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.

My package got lost in the mail.

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 20 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item in my order?
